Production Quality Control Management (QC of Manufacturing Department)

1.

Incoming Material Inspection

a.

Check the incoming materials’ (parts) QTY according to the packing list from the supplier.

b.

Confirm the Random Sampling QTY for Inspection, according the relative sampling standard.

c.

Check Appearance/ Dimension/Print Function after assembly. And record the result on Inspection Report of Incoming Materials.

d.

Move all the Qualified Materials passing the Incoming material Inspection into material warehouse.

e.

Return all the defective materials and require the supplier to provide solution as soon as possible.

2.

Control in production process:

a.

Check all the materials and parts according to the Production Order.
Query the Material Department in case of any unconformity.

b.

Check each operation process to ensure the most efficient productivity.
Respond to the Supervisor of Workshop for any question.

c.

Make a prototype as the trial production and evaluate this prototype.

d.

Every half hour check the Screw torsion of all production lines and make
records on Inspection sheet during production process.

e.

Every half hour the QC team of each process checks the previous process and make records on Inspection sheet during production process.

f.

Every half hour check the Toner Filling process to ensure the right toner powder with right weight and make records on Inspection sheet during production process

g.

wice a day (Morning and Afternoon) check the Temperature and Humidity condition of each production position and make records.

h.

Track the details of Prototype of each model according to the production order and keep its technical drawing on the record of the Inspection sheet during production process

i.

Every half hour check the operation drawings of each operation position and record the QTY, Defectives etc. Respond to the Engineering Department for any unusual question.

j.

100% Prepackage
Function Test: Test each cartridge by means of 7 pages Test, and return the Defectives to the precious process.
Keep record on Inspection sheet during production process. and dig the reason of defectives and make solutions for improvement.

3.

Finished Products Inspection before entering warehouse.

a.

Random sampling for each batch (500pcs as a batch). Record the result on the Pre-warehouse (Fished products) Inspection sheet.

b.

How to test the random samples: Function Test/Appearance check/Page yield test. Sampling QTY: according to the standard set by the QC department for different models and different QTY grades.

c.

Function Test: 7page test. Record the test result, record the pull tension of the Seal, record the Leakage if happens.

d.

Appearance check: check the appearance of the toner cartridges and the packages including seals, labels, air bags, color boxes, cartons etc.
Sampling Standard: AQL 2.5/4.0

e.

Page yield test: Models with QTY from 500-1000pcs requires page yield test for 1 pc, while more than 2000pcs requires 2pcs. (if problems are found, then start the sampling QTY as 1% of the total order QTY)
After all the QC steps mentioned above, the finished goods are allowed to be moved into warehouse and wait forthe Final Pre-shipment Inspection conducted by JUSTCENT’s export department before shipment.
